At Cosette, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If your item isn't quite right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit, provided it remains in its original, unworn condition with all designer tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Cosette account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive your Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the item securely in its original packaging, including all authenticity cards, dust bags, and protective coverings to ensure the product is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel, ensuring any previous delivery labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and retain your tracking receipt; once received at our boutique, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
